Bad company policies & very unhelpful store employees. We had purchased our sectional (Copley Place 2 pc sleeper sectional) before our new house was completed and scheduled delivery months out so that we could have it delivered when we moved in. When it arrived, it had multiple broken parts, including the back frame completely broken & disconnected, not providing any support and bowing in when we lean back on it. When I called customer service and then a store manager for a refund, I was told they will only consider a refund within 48 hours after payment... I told them the couch was still in their warehouse 48 hours after, so how could I possibly return something I did not yet own, but they did not budge. Now, all I can do is call for a repair any time we have an issue (I'm guessing often, since the quality is so poor), and pray that this $2K sectional will last us beyond the warranty period.

Great experience for 1st time purchasing at this store, Mari was excellent in assisting me and very knowledgeable, i hope the delivery goes just as well!

Savanah was awesome, greeted us as soon as we walked in. Came and checked on us, explained details to the product, showed us other products. Very knowledgeable, we purchased a sectional before we left. If you are looking for a great experience, ask for Savanah in Rockwall, truly an asset to this company.
