Very good service, friendly staff, lots of items to choose from! Very happy with our purchase!

I bought a sofa set that took over a month to have manufactured and delivered. That wasn't a big deal. I was more than happy to wait if that's what it took. They confirmed they delivery like 5 times through robo calls which I confirmed every time. First the delivery schedule was in the morning of September 8th from 11am to 2pm. I blocked off my calendar for that window. Then the delivery scheduled changed by robo call from 2pm to 6pm. I had to reschedule meetings to comply. Im writing this at 6:07pm. I Called the line which is automated and the schedule now changed to 7pm? No warning. Just sitting here all day waiting for furniture. If I would have known this was their delivery wait time and notice of reschedule procedures after waiting patiently for a month I would have just ordered from somewhere else. I normally don't order from big box stores in general. This is a reminder why I don't. If you are a busy professional with tight time windows and your time is valuable don't bother with this place. You are just another number as far as I can tell. By the way.... Still waiting.....
