Very Disappointing Experience at Rooms To Go – Stafford, Texas I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Rooms To Go in Stafford, Texas. On November 1, I purchased a Beautyrest Black Series One Extra Firm floor-model mattress for $1,700, which was originally priced at approximately $3,000. While I was informed that the mattress was a floor model, the salesperson never verbally explained that the purchase was nonrefundable and nonexchangeable. After completing the paperwork, the salesperson simply folded the documents and placed them inside a Rooms To Go folder. There was no discussion or explanation of the final-sale policy, nor was that important restriction brought to my attention before I signed. Unfortunately, after sleeping on the mattress for just a few nights, I began experiencing significant body aches, particularly in my back, hips, and shoulders. I have existing back problems, and this mattress has proven to be far too firm for me. When I attempted to address the issue and request an exchange, I was informed that the purchase was final. My frustration is not simply that I purchased a mattress that turned out to be uncomfortable. It is that I was not clearly made aware of such a significant purchasing restriction before completing a $1,700 transaction. A customer should never have to discover important purchase conditions after the sale has been completed. Transparency and proper communication should be part of every sales transaction, especially when making such a substantial purchase. I expected much better from Rooms To Go. I sincerely hope management takes this experience seriously and makes an effort to address the situation. I would strongly encourage anyone purchasing a floor-model mattress to carefully review every document and confirm all return and exchange restrictions before signing.

We loved our experience purchasing from this Rooms To Go location 🩷 We walked in looking for a living room set and a dining table. Walked out with that and a very pleasant positive experience from our sales consultant Mr. Mo Kanak. He introduced himself, then let us walk around on our own (no pressure) and then checked in when needed and made sure everything was available and set up the delivery for our preferred date.
