We had such an amazing experience working with our furniture sales associate David at the Rooms to go at the New Altamonte showroom. From start to finish. He truly went above and beyond every step of the way. He took so much time helping us pick the perfect pieces, went into incredible detail, and even looked up photos of our apartment to help measure and make sure everything would fit perfectly. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and wants everything to be right. What impressed us even more was the customer service after the sale. When one of our items arrived damaged, he immediately handled getting it replaced without any hassle. Then today, we got an even better surprise — our sofa came in THREE weeks earlier than expected! He personally called us to let us know and reassured us that he would be there throughout the delivery day and that if anything came up, he had us covered. It’s rare to find someone who puts this much care, effort, and professionalism into their job. He made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and exciting.
