When I arrived, he personally showed me the set, reviewed photos of my room, and helped me choose the best color, giving me confidence in my decision. Shawn also helped me select a mattress and guided me through replacing my living room furniture. I was unsure about choosing a sectional, but he took the time to explain my options and reassured me with the store’s exchange policy. To make things even better, he arranged delivery within two days before I left for a trip and stayed in communication throughout the process. Manny is great at customer service. We purchased a couch and mattress and his communication after the sale was top notch. We also shopped at Ashley furniture but we did not like their salesperson so we went back to purchase from Manny and we are glad we did.
