Shirin was great to work with!

We are extremely pleased with our experience purchasing a sofa from Rooms to Go today in Mt. Juliet, TN. Austin Wilhelm was very helpful and courteous! Would highly recommend!

I walked in to the Mt.Juliet location and was there all of 15 minutes before one single person greeted me . I approached a sales man (should have gotten his name) but he was so rude. I asked him about the pricing and pieces on a sectional I was interested in. He stated it’s in the picture. The picture shows you. I said no sir I’m trying to see if this middle piece is priced in this deal as well. He snatched the display board up and said.. well it’s on the back. The middle piece is 799.00 . He never asked me anything or offered any kind of assistance . He just walked off. I in return laughed and continued to shop around. I came there to make a purchase so I wasn’t leaving without my sectional. I spoke with another sales rep about my experience and she stated that she kinda figured it was him. Meaning this was not his first time treating someone like this. He was smiling and servicing another couple with no issues. I observed all of the sales reps being so attentive and professional with other shoppers but not one sales rep there acknowledged me . I literally had to approach someone and he was the nastiest rep there . I wouldn’t recommend this location because you have to look a certain way to be greeted or helped. When they realized I was indeed going to purchase something and not just window shop I instantly seen a difference in their attitudes . If I didn’t need to purchase something today I wouldn’t have never gave this place my business .
