I can not say enough amazing things about this Rooms To Go location. Kaleb (associate) and Alli (Manager) were both absolutely AMAZING and work as a great team! I recently had surgery for my back due to an L5 vertabral fracture and getting sleep and comfortability have been terrible. Kaleb literally took the time of 3 hours to show me a bunch of different mattresses that would help me with my back pain and give me great lumbar support. This is the type of care and attention everyone deserves. Alli took the time going over different pricing as well to fit our budget since paying for a major surgery. I will definitely be a forever customer now and will be leaving Ashley furniture. The level of care, compassion, and integrity of these employees are amazing and if you're someone like me, struggling with a health issue, the last thing you want is people playing in your face and wasting your time. Thank you, kaleb and Alli, truly for being so kind and understanding of my situation. We will be back very soon!
