This rate is not only for the specific location but the entire ROOMS TO GO COMPANY over all!! Two years ago i purchased a bed, i spent 4,000 dollars on a queen size bed, no nightstands or dressers just the bed . a year later my mattress had to be replaced because it started to sink, i was okay with it because i understand defects can happen. A year after replacing the mattress it happens again i decided i no longer want the same mattress because i wasn't going to keep doing the same replacing thing again... i go look for mattress that will best fit the qualities I'm looking for after going to 3 locations in Houston, i thought i had found the mattress in the cypress location i was approached by a sales guy and had ED take over the paper work i leave the store and 1 hour later i get a call saying oh we gave you the wrong PRICE NUMBER its about 1000 dollars more, i cancel the sale ... what and how do you make such mistake with numbers when i have paperwork ? that breaks down the cost ... i had another claim for the SAME bed frame and by this point now i am writing because wow what kind of fraud or scam is rooms to go doing!?!?! ....my cheap made over priced bed frame is coming APART and they deny the claim because its not covered .... so then what is covered? no stains are covered no stitching or tares are covered either complete fraud. NEVER BUYING FROM THIS STORE AGAIN.
