Fantastic! From the salesman, Patrick who really knows how to sell, to the delivery team who did an amazing job getting it up three flights of stairs to the quality of the furniture. I was looking to upgrade my living room and wanted a 'classy' more upscale look from my previous ikea furniture. I went to all the expensive stores and couldn't find what I wanted. I finally thought, well, let's try RTO because I had purchased my sofa from them and it's lasted a long time. Wow! found EXACTLY what I wanted and it all matched. They had a great selection which made it even easier. Go here if you want decent, and decently priced furniture and a great team!

ALMOST 2 HOURS BEHIND DELIVERY TIME. I was given a delivery window of 12 PM–4 PM and planned my entire day around it. Around 2 PM, I received a call saying the delivery team was “down the street” and would arrive soon. When 4 PM and then 4:30 PM passed, I called the store and was told they were “one stop away.” I explained that I had to leave by 5:30 to pick up my daughter and could not be late. At 5:30, they still had not arrived, so I waited until 5:40 before leaving. Shortly afterward, the delivery driver showed up. I explained that I had left to pick up my daughter but would be back shortly, and I was assured they would wait. I was literally pulling into my garage at 5:56 PM, only to discover that they had already left. They were already an hour and 40 minutes past the end of the delivery window, yet apparently could not wait 20 minutes for the customer who had been waiting all day. I immediately called the store and asked to speak with a manager. The employee who answered, whom I believe was named Bobby, was extremely rude and unhelpful. The manager then told me the furniture would not be delivered the next day and that he had no idea when it would arrive—possibly another 2–3 days. Now I am expected to rearrange my schedule, potentially miss more work, and spend another day waiting because the delivery team arrived nearly two hours late and could not wait 20 minutes. This was stressful, inconvenient, and completely disrespectful of my time. Customers have jobs, children, schedules, and responsibilities. A delivery window is supposed to mean something. Rooms To Go needs to do better
