There was some miscommunication from my online order, not Mr Patrick, who has also been very helpful. .someone else had given me false info. about adding set up for my delivery. I actually went to Pearland Rooms to Go to see my furniture and change to setup. A huge thanks to Ms. Lisa who assisted me and I was a happy customer, she also helped me with my lamps I purchased. Mr. Mauricio was my salesman, very nice also. They both made my visit a great one, and should be commended. Actually everyone was professional, courteous and nice. I will be back.

0/0 was scheduled for a delivery, which the drivers were at the wrong home waiting for over 15 min. They called and said someone had been knocking on the door. I sent my son outside to see if he had saw the r2g truck he did which was down the street, advised my son to walk down ask the drivers if that was a delivery for me. Drivers said yes, my son advised them to follow him back to the home. I was 5 min away. I have time stamped proof of the time the drivers pulled up & left the home which was less than a 10 min wait. I was able to catch the drivers leaving out the neighborhood and asked if they could come back. Drivers chuckled and drove off. Now I’m stuck left with no furniture and seems as if nobody is willing to do anything!
