Worst experience in my life when it comes to purchasing merchandise from a company. They have now been out to my property five separate occasions and not a single time has the information been correctly conveyed to dispatch and delivery. We have received the wrong footboard and headboard. They did not deliver part of what my children's bunk bed needed to be installed. The mirror came almost a month after for the master bedroom and they just dropped it at my front door. I conveyed to them.When I made the purchase that I was having surgery and all of this would need to be installed. I am now sitting here looking at a giant box in my bedroom to install a mirror that I do not have.The ability to and they told me that because it was not set up that way there's nothing they can do. I was in a sling and having surgery two days after I made the purchase and I know for a fact, due to my inability of installing the furniture I required that they have somebody come out and install the mirror when it gets delivered when the purchase was made. This is the third house that I have purchased furniture for from RTG. I will never do business with rooms to go ever again.
