    MATTRESS SIZE REFERENCE GUIDE

The International Sleep Products Association (ISPA) is a trade association comprised of mattress manufacturers and suppliers. Like many other major brands, Paramount Sleep is a long-standing partner of ISPA. ISPA’s goal is to support innovation and growth across the sleep products industry.

ISPA has established standards for mattress sizes that includes allowable variances. Below is a detailed explanation of these standards.

    ISPA VARIATION STANDARDS

Paramount Sleep adheres to ISPA standards and sizing variances on all mattress designs. The chart below outlines mattress sizes as per industry standards with acceptable variance ranges.

Creating cozy bedrooms for your home begins with choosing the right mattresses. Whether you need extra back support or a range of comfort levels for each of your children, the different types of mattresses in the Rooms To Go collection ensure that you can find the perfect pieces from our large in stock selection to suit your family's needs.

    The Perfect Fit

Selecting a bed for your nursery, guest room or primary bedroom starts with picking the right size mattress:

    • Add a water-resistant crib mattress to a cradle or bassinet to give your little bundle of joy a safe, comfortable place to sleep.
    • Try a twin size mattress for toddlers and school-age kids. A twin XL is a great fit for taller teens, and they serve as excellent space-savers in college dorms.
    • The wider dimensions of full size mattresses give high schoolers more elbow room, and they're also a smart choice for a first apartment.
    • Queen size mattresses provide plenty of room for two people, making them ideal for couples as well as singles who want some extra space.
    • Consider a king size mattress or larger California king for yourself and your partner to get a luxurious night's sleep. Also try a split king mattress (two mattresses next to each other).

    Budget-Friendly Beds

Available in a variety of sizes and styles, mattresses under $1000 are affordable options for your home. These low-cost items allow you to stick to your budget when upgrading kids' rooms, guest bedrooms and primary bedrooms. Our selection includes California kings as well as complete mattress sets for modest prices.

    Award-Winning Models

Rooms To Go promotes healthy slumber with a variety of top mattress brands. Customize your sleep experience using an adjustable Tempur-Pedic or Kingsdown mattress, or pick a Serta iComfort gel-infused model that regulates body heat regardless of outside temperatures. Additional brands like Nectar and Purple offer temperature regulation as well as support. We also carry original and hybrid Casper mattresses that optimize body alignment for restorative sleep.
